All orders over $100 receive Free shipping & Free Returns. For orders under $100, shipping & returns cost a flat one-time fee of $10.00. International orders coming soon in 2022.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Free US Returns up to 30 days
We offer prepaid postage on US items returned or exchanged within 30 days. To return or exchange an item, simply login to our online returns portal to print a prepaid USPS return label.
Refunds
Goods returned from within the US should receive a refund within 5 working days. Please note that goods need to be returned in good condition, undamaged, and with all their original tags to qualify for a refund. Our full refund & exchange policy can be found here.
